Western New Mexico Telephone Co, which today goes by WNM Communications, has a charming small rural exchange in Glenwood, NM. It's a good example of an exchange for a remote area, housing a Nortel DMS-10. The DMS-10 is popular in rural exchanges due to its small size, and WNM operates many DMS-10 offices in rural New Mexico.
