Unknown Mojave Radio Repeater

This appears to be a UHF point-to-point repeater, near Kelbaker road. it is mostly interesting because of its apparent 1980s vintage and early PV installation. I have not been able to learn anything so far about its history or purpose, but it appears to be disused and has no signage.
